n the last few months of his life, his family turned some of his writings about growing up in rural Norfolk – particularly his fishing and wildlife adventures around the North Walsham and Dilham Canal – into a book called Adventures of the Boy Roy, the first print run selling out within a fortnight. A second print run is currently being processed. Profits from the sale of the book will go to the canal trust.
